Dr. Mikala Booher
I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and attended Tarleton State University for my undergraduate education where I graduated with a Bachelor of Biology in Biomedical Science. I received my doctorate degree from Parker University in Dallas, Texas and had the honor of interning at a pediatric and prenatal practice towards the end of my schooling.
My mission is to educate those who struggle with the idea of chiropractic care and its benefits. I want to help patients to achieve superior health through non-invasive pain management and the power that the body has to heal itself.
If you happen to see me outside of work hours, I am likely spending my time soaking up some sunshine, doing an activity outside, or working out at the local gym. I have a passion for connecting with people from all walks of life and am excited to connect with this community even further!
Annette
Annette was born in Austin, TX & raised in Nashville, TN. She moved back to Texas in 1985 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton. She began her Elite Wellness journey as a patient in April 2013 & joined the team as a CA in May 2017 after 30 years in retail.
As rehab CA, Annette finds joy in helping patients warm up for adjustment & perform spinal rehab correctly & leading the New Patient Orientation/Home Care class. As Tech CA, She enjoys learning about chiropractic & encouraging patients throughout their health journey. Outside of the office pas, her passions include Southern Gospel Music, puzzles & old movies. Hugs are her love language.
Katheryn
Katheryn was born in Aransas Pass and raised in Austin TX. She graduated from Lake Travis in 2013 and continued her education at ACC in Child Development and Nursing. After many years of experience as an infant teacher, she wanted to be a light in a bigger way. Becoming a CA at EWC brought that to her.
She loves that she gets to continue working with children and be there as support. As billing CA, Katheryn enjoys working with numbers, building relationships with the patients, and ultimately bringing a smile to your face. Outside of work, you can catch her playing disc golf, hiking, working out or relaxing pool side.
